The advisory activity is supplemented with specific assistance activities during a procedure of a companys privatization, acquisition or due diligence such as:
- Preparation of due diligence reports and feasibility studies;
- Advising in respect of the applicable law in the privatization field, including consultancy within the negotiation procedure with the State authorities;
- Assistance within the negotiation procedures;
- Preparation of due diligence reports in view of acquiring companies or stocks;
- Advising in view of acquiring stocks by the escrow account procedure;
- Preparation of due diligence reports for companies in search for financing within the SAPARD program.
