SCA Dinulescu&Maxim has assisted Loan Management a.s. and Asset Portfolio Servicing (“APS”) in acquiring the shares of Romanian non banking financial institution, KBC Consumer Finance IFN SA, from KBC Group NV. The transaction successfully closed, Loan Management a.s. and Asset Portfolio Servicing being the new shareholders of the acquired entity.
Loan Management is the private investment group managed by APS and SLAVIA
CAPITAL, dedicated to invest in distressed debt opportunities across CE and
SEE markets. Loan Management manages non-performing loan portfolios in the
nominal value exceeding EUR 145 Mio.
APS is the regional asset manager dedicated to manage non-performing
portfolios and individual distressed debt transactions within the CE and SEE
region covered through it operating offices in Prague, Wroclaw, Bratislava
and Bucharest.
APS manages non-performing loan portfolios in the nominal value exceeding
EUR 690 Mio, where in Romania more then EUR 111 Mio
