Roxana Dinulescu Partner
Roxana Dinulescu has graduated from the Law Faculty - University of Bucharest in June 1998. Between 1998 and 2000 she developed her activity as a junior lawyer with Vladimir Tomescu Law Office. After passing the seniority exam in May 2000, she has set up her own law office.
Currently, Roxana Dinulescu is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers and conducts her activity trying to cover the entire range of the civil and commercial process, as well as various fields of legal assistance.
Marius Maxim - Partner
Marius Maxim, member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers since August 2002 and senior lawyer since 2003, has achieved his experience working for Coopers&Lybrand and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Marius Maxim has been involved with important clients such as foreign subsidiaries, representative offices, advising in the tax and legal field.

As a corollary of their activity, Roxana Dinulescu and Marius Maxim strictly comply with the confidentiality and information protection obligations towards the client during the negotiation, collaboration periods and, most importantly, even after the representation relationship has ended.
